About Justus Masa
- Co-Head of the Electrochemistry Group at MPI-CEC
- Listed as an inventor on several patents, including those related to metal-free catalysts, bifunctional catalysts, and materials for water splitting and oxygen reduction
- His fundamental work on metal borides was further developed in the PrometH2eus project and forms the basis for the current proprietary HYNOVY electrode (patent application EP25193502.9)
